The way I use it is to add two full droppers to 400 mills of water and 400 of juice or a high quality energy drink.

A high dosage in a smaller amount of water is good, but my preferred method gives me a full day of clarity, focus and significantly higher concentration levels more consistently.

Usually, dosage information would be contained on the bottle. You have to go searching to find that out, and well, there's the blue tongue after consumption. Fresh orange juice does work to eliminate the blue stain left on the tongue. It's only been a week for me using methylene blue and whilst I do sense some mild change it's too early to tell just yet.
